Our sev is crafted using 100% pure besan and authentic spices sourced directly from Madhya Pradesh. We use no palm oil, no artificial colors, and no preservatives. Every batch is made with love to preserve that nostalgic, crunchy taste of Ujjain.
We make three varieties: Ratlami Sev (black pepper and cloves), Garlic Sev (slow-roasted garlic), and Ujjaini Classic (thin and crispy, the traditional Ujjain style). Each follows a distinct regional recipe. Try our Combo Pack to taste all three together.
None. Our sev is made with 100% pure besan (chickpea flour), fresh oil, and spices. No maida, no artificial colours, no preservatives, no flavour enhancers. What you taste is exactly what the recipe has always been.
Unopened, our sev stays fresh for up to 60 days. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 weeks for best taste. Because we use no preservatives, freshness depends on how well it is sealed after opening.
